Purdue Federal employees LOVE to volunteer!
It’s why we implemented the Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program back in 2010. All our employees receive 4 hours of paid time off to volunteer at the local organization of their choice. That’s nearly 800+ addtional hours of volunteer time in this community! If your organization needs volunteers or fundraising help, please call 765.497.3328 / 800.627.3328 for more information.
We support our community.
Purdue Federal and its employees annually contribute volunteer and monetary resources to the Lafayette-West Lafayette and LaPorte communities through support of organizations including the March of Dimes, American Heart Association, United Way, Habitat for Humanity, Food Finders Food Bank, YWCA, Purdue University scholarships and student groups, local schools, and many more.
A commitment to Purdue Athletes Life Success (PALS) program.
As part of our pledge to provide financial literacy to the youth in our community and in partnership with the Brees Dream Foundation, Purdue Federal raises $50,000 annually to support the PALS program at Purdue. Purdue Federal staff members also teach PALS campers how to manage money through a variety of age-appropriate, fun exercises and games each summer.
