*Visa gift cards may only be used for POS (signature) transactions, online purchases and over-the-telephone purchases. Cash advances and gambling establishments are restricted. A purchase fee of $2.50 will be assessed at the time of purchase. A monthly inactivity fee of $2.95 will be assessed to the card after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. If the card is lost/stolen, a replacement card for a fee of $5.00 may be ordered by calling the customer service number on the back of the card.
