I have been using this for a number of years now and I love having the ability to use points to credit my account or purchase things that I need.

Relatively intuitive and easy to use. Spent $25000 and got $250 of "free money" back from reward points.

I found it slightly hard to get to the visa rewards site but easy to navigate, shop and purchase once there. What a wonderful way to reward members...great rewards selections! I recommend all members use this program.

Old rewards system was so much better. Difficult to claim flights, etc. Not happy; we'll be using other credit cards with better programs.

my rewards is not easy to naviagate had to go to the Union street branch to have them help me get my account credited.
