
Bob (Robert) Falk
President and CEO
Bob Falk began his role as president and chief executive officer on July 1, 2008. He’s been working with credit unions since 1991, joining Purdue Federal in 2002 as vice president of lending then served as senior vice president, executive vice president, and most recently chief operating officer. His leadership at Purdue Federal sets the direction of the organization to maximize the credit union benefits for our 60,000+ members and retain them for decades to come. Falk is decidedly focused on the long-term financial success of the credit union. He respectfully reads every member survey response and responds directly when necessary.
Passionate about helping all credit unions succeed, Falk serves on several industry boards to represent credit union issues on both state and national levels. Locally Falk is also very involved in groups and non-profit organizations including United Way of Greater Lafayette, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA), American Heart Association, Junior Achievement, Purdue Athletes for Life Success (PALS) Program, Purdue University Consumer Sciences and Retailing Advisory Board, Greater Lafayette Commerce, and Tippecanoe School Corporation finance committee.
Prior to joining Purdue Federal, Falk was vice president of lending at the University of Colorado Federal Credit Union (now Elevations Credit Union) in Boulder, Colo.

Gail Koehler
Executive Vice President
Gail Koehler joined Purdue Federal in 1991 and has more than 30 years experience in the financial services industry. Wherever there has been innovation, development, progress and hard work, she has been in the front ranks. In addition to her work for Purdue Federal, she also serves as president and chief operating officer of CU Channels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Purdue Federal that provides mortgage services to credit unions in Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois.

Brian Musser
Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Brian Musser joined Purdue Federal as chief financial officer in 1991, bringing with him a degree in accounting and certification as a CPA. Musser began his career in 1983 in public accounting and transitioned to financial management leadership at credit unions in 1986. Other leadership areas have included electronic payment systems and facilities over his 20 years with Purdue Federal. He currently serves as board chairman of EPCOR, an affiliated NACHA payments association providing electronic payments education to banks and credit unions. Musser also maintains leadership responsibilities in local community organizations.
Nikki Gaylord
Vice President Lending
Nikki Gaylord has more than 16 years of lending experience to apply to her role as vice president of lending. Gaylord provides leadership and oversees the daily work flow of consumer and mortgage lending areas to ensure excellent service is delivered to our members.

Jackie Hofman
Vice President Human Resources and Marketing
Jackie Hofman, a Purdue University graduate, has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She uses her expertise to guide the human resources, marketing, account retention and business development teams. Prior to this role, Hofman served as assistant vice president of human resources for Purdue Federal. She is an active volunteer for the YWCA and United Way of Greater Lafayette, and has been a member of the Society of Human Resources Management for over 15 years.
Heather Nally
Vice President Retail Sales and Service
Purdue University graduate Heather Nally provides leadership to sales managers, branch staff and contact center staff. Her more than 10 years of Purdue Federal experience aid her in creating a cohesive, welcoming environment in all branches for members to transact and consult about their financial needs. Nally works on behalf of members by promoting service excellence among staff and participates in the development and implementation of new products and services. She currently serves on the board for Credit Union Centers, a credit union shared branch network.

Evelyn Royer
Vice President Risk Management and Support Services
Evelyn Royer joined the credit union in 1994 as the internal auditor and was promoted to accounting manager a few years later until she was chosen to develop the risk management department in 2002. In 2005, Royer became vice president to oversee collections, compliance, internal audit and servicing for loans, deposits and plastic products. She is a licensed CPA and certified by the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) as a Credit Union Compliance Expert.
Phillip Thoben
Vice President Member Business Services
Phillip Thoben uses his more than 30 years of experience in commercial lending and financial services to help grow local businesses. His lending experience and ownership of a small business give him a unique perspective to offer business owners. Thoben shares his hands-on experience when providing financial guidance.

Scott Ksander
Vice President Information Technology
Purdue University graduate Scott Ksander brings nearly 40 years of information technology experience to the credit union. He uses his expertise, curiosity and humor to lead the information technology team and develop innovative, secure technologies for members. Ksander also works as an investigative consultant for the Purdue University Police Department and Tippecanoe County Coroner’s Office, and has been an invited guest lecturer for several organizations including Ball State University, Krannert School of Management and the Indiana Correction Association. In addition to his professional activities, Ksander has been active in the Purdue community, speaking about Internet safety and security for local groups and serving as member of The Campaign for Purdue Steering Committee.
Kristen Edmundson
Vice President Audit and Compliance
Edmundson is responsible for regulatory compliance and audits acts as Bank Secrecy Act compliance officer and Office of Foreign Asset Control officer. A graduate of West Lafayette High School and Robert H. McKinney School of Law at Indiana University—Indianapolis, Edmundson most recently served as Deputy Attorney General for the State of Indiana in the Transportation Practice Group. Prior to her State position, Edmundson was an associate at a law firm in Indianapolis representing real estate developers, businesses and financial institutions in real estate transactions, lending and litigation. Edmundson is elated to return to the community where she spent most of her childhood and looks forward to getting involved in local organizations.
