I get nothing out of this product.  With it being the only "perk" for membership at PFCU, I am truly disappointed.  I would be much more satisfied with "rounded-up savings," something that PFCU does not offer.

Why don't we get the $5 for using the credit card?

I find the Member Perks confusing.  How to go from gold to platinum status is unclear and since I can't get there, PEFCU only gives me half the points they used to give me.

It's really good news to earn $5.00 monthly.

I like everything about PEFCU, except for the ATM machines.  It shows accepting multiple checks at the same time but it's rarely possible.

I really think that it is sad for you to charge us overdraft fees to transfer our own money.
 

I have no idea what My Member Perks are. Wish you had RETIRED as a Member Type. How can I recommend when I don't understand it?

My Perks is a nice reward but I really don't understand the program, which is totally my fault. I haven't taken time to find out more about it. The $5 reward each month is nice; money in the credit union!

I use my card for nearly everything and like it when I see they give me $5 for using it instead of charging me for using it like some banks do.

No matter what we have needed, Purdue has been there for us. We moved two years ago and decided to keep Purdue even though we are in a different state. And it is still the best credit union. THANKS!!

The debit perk is great.  Not sure of what else is offered.  'Spose I should pay more attention.

I appreciate that I can be rewarded for using my debit card. It is very helpful to me and I can avoid carrying so much cash.

Sure, cash perks are great, but I have to spend a lot of money or make a lot of mini-transactions throughout the month to get the debit perk. And what happened to the points for using my credit card? The value of the things we could pick from the old catalog-- movies, gift cards, video games, etc-- was way better than what we are offered now.... We actually got screwed with this transition, if you use your credit card anyways.

PEFCU is awesome.  All of the staff are friendly and helpful, no matter how important or trivial my needs are.  They make me feel like they really care, and that service is rare in the banking industry.

You have been great when I need a loan or information. People have been great towards me also.

PEFCU services are very helpful and they are always finding ways to help the consumer save money, plus the staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. And for the perks, it's a nice extra.

It is great that I get lower rates on my loans as part of this program, as well as getting a small reward for regularly using my debit card.

I am a fan of Purdue Federal Credit Union. Great rates AND you can earn points on top of that! A financial institution that takes care of the members, not share holders!

Member Perks is a great program for everyone who has an account here! It is nice to see a $5 credit each month in my account just for using my debit card! There are many other ways to utilize the perks, I found out when I also use my credit card and there are great rates for buying a car or getting a loan. Member Perks is a great perk to have!

I would like to see if you could do this:  If a person spends an uneven amount, would there be a chance to round off the amount and put that amount into a Savings Account? For example, spending. $0.75, then $0.25 could go into Savings and the amount deducted on the purchase would be $1.00 total?

I am very unhappy with the new perks program. I feel I helped build this credit union, but now that I've aged, and I'm not buying as much, I am not recognized for my many years as a member of the credit union. It's virtually impossible for me to move from one perk level to another. This is not a feature that I appreciate or value. I've considered looking at what other banking institutions offer.

I use the credit perk often and constantly watch the points accrue. It says they are dispersed annually, but when? My points reset to 0 on January 1, but I have not received my distribution, which was quite substantial. I hope they are not lost.

It's not fair for the people who don't have a Home Loan or a Credit Card.

There aren't really any perks worthwhile. There are other credit unions which will refund ATM fees or offer cash back on credit cards. Free Online Banking is as much as you should expect.

Stupid program that encourages spending, not saving.  It seems as if PEFCU is working to make their retail partners money and not supporting their customers/owners.  A slightly better interest rate on Savings Accounts would be a much better way to gain, retain, and please customers.

I find this very hard to understand and the process to get the perks.

Rewards are not easy to use. It says use Online Banking, I can't even find a place to login using Google or the many PEFCU pages. I can only find the Mobile Account to log into and it is very limited on what you can do. A major upgrade to Mobile Banking is needed. You can't even accept the Mobile Banking agreement on it or access rewards or add or delete online accounts to pay bills. I expect a lot better for Mobile Banking.               

Very good banking service. Any problems you have they are more than willing to help you. Every time I get on the phone app, it ís quick and very useful.            

Excellent, Got my debit perk $5 today.I didn't understand before. how to get the $5. But it is simple, you have to use ur debit card more than 30 times per month.thats it u will get 5$ back.... my transactions usually more because I will swipe for every day coffee!!! And I love Purdue bank... I am glad that I was rejected by chase bank because I don't have address proof from Govt agencies, when come for purdue I was offered bank account in 3 mins...which is awesome.... My pay stub and referral is enough to open bank account!! what to say I got car loan with lowest APR, I inquired in few banks they offered me 10%-18%APR for car loan, when I come to purdue its simple 4%..which is mind blowing....finally thanks Purdue!!!!!
