New and improved Account Summary page and details:

  • Expanded Account Details: You can now easily view details about each of your accounts with a click of a button. Click on Account Details next to each account to view more information such as Account Number, Direct Deposit Form, Account Rate, Owners and Transactors of said account, and more!
  • Consolidated Account History and Account Summary Pages: The functionality from the Account History page has been moved to Account Summary, giving you easy access to export or print your transaction history directly from the main account view.
  • Customizable View Options: You can now choose between Card View and Table View for your account summaries. Toggle between Card View that offers a clean, streamlined look for quickly scanning account details or Table View that provides a more detailed, tabular format with additional columns for in-depth review.
  • Alert Icons: New icon indicators next to your account listings tell you when you have a loan payment overdue or when a payment is scheduled.

Updates to Pay a Bill and Pay a Person

We're excited to announce a fresh new look for our Pay a Bill and Pay a Person features in digital banking. This update offers a more intuitive and seamless experience, designed to make managing your payments easier and faster than ever! 

Don't worry: There are NO CHANGES to your billers, scheduled payments, or payment history – no action is needed from you.

  • New drag-and-drop functionality in Calendar View.
  • Enhanced search feature lets you easily find a payment by biller name, nickname, contact name, or account name.
  • Biller/Person icons in your Payment History make it easy to tell different types of payments apart.
  • Recurring payment indicators help you spot payment frequency at a glance.
  • Pay multiple billers/payees at once.
  • Set a fixed number of recurring payments in Pay a Bill.
  • Use emojis in your Pay a Person memos. 😊

With this update to Pay a Bill and Pay a Person, we've had to make some changes to how alerts are set up and work:

  • Pre-existing Alerts
    Any alerts you've set up before the update on October 22 will continue to be sent to you as usual. If you need to change or delete one of these old alerts, please reach out to us at 800.627.3328. We're here to help!
  • Global Alerts
    You will not be able to set up payment alerts for specific billers/contacts anymore. Going forward, you can choose to turn on alerts for all billers/contacts or opt not to receive any.
  • Sent and Delivered Alerts
    In Pay a Bill, you can still receive alerts for when your payment is sent, but you will no longer be able to receive alerts for when your payment is delivered. In Pay a Person, you can still receive alerts for when your payment is sent and when it is delivered.
  • Alerts via Phone or Email
    When enabling alerts in Pay a Bill or Pay a Person, you will need to pick either text message or email for notifications. You won’t be able to choose both methods anymore.
