Card Fraud Alerts

Receive text messages when there are suspicious transactions on your card. Enjoy peace of mind by setting up Fraud Text Alerts to know right away if there are suspicious transactions on your debit or credit card. We’ll send a text message if there’s a suspicious transaction on your card and you can reply to confirm whether or not you recognize the transaction.

TRANSITION TIPS

BROWSER LOGIN

Currently you enter your user ID at purduefed.com and then are taken to a secondary page where you see your selected image before entering your password. Starting July 23 on our new platform, logging in to online banking is a one-step process by entering your username and password both on our home page at purduefed.com.

SUGGESTED BROWSERS

We recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox for Windows devices, and Safari or Google Chrome for Mac devices for the best user experience.

MOBILE BANKING

Be prepared to download or update your Purdue Federal app when it launches! All Apple users will have to download our new app; there is no update to the previous iOS app. Our new mobile banking app will be available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

LEGAL JARGON

Wherever you choose to first log in, via browser or app, you will have to accept updated disclosures. Rest assured this only has to be done once when you log in for the first time.

ACCOUNT OVERVIEW

Our new digital banking experience makes viewing and managing all your Purdue Federal accounts a breeze. A great feature that comes with our new platform is that you can see all of your accounts in one place. There is no longer a need for multiple logins or passwords!

PRE-LAUNCH DOWNTIME

Because we are launching an entirely new platform, there will be a period of downtime to account for the transition. You will not be able to access your account via browser or app beginning Monday, July 22 at 7 p.m. EDT. Your ability to log in will resume with the official launch of the platform on Tuesday, July 23. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

If you are currently signed up to receive text alerts, starting July 23 you will have to Read more for transitional tips and information for our digital banking launch.
