Dear Purdue Federal Members:
Our goal during this year’s pandemic has been to provide the best possible member service while keeping our employees and members safe.
If you have been watching the statistics in our local communities and our state then you have seen an increase in positive COVID-19 cases. This makes it more challenging to reach our goal in our branches every day. We follow the CDC, Indiana and county health departments’ guidelines related to contact tracing, quarantines, isolation, cleaning, masking, social distancing, etc., which means that we may have to close a particular branch without much notice. We understand this might cause an inconvenience to you and we apologize for this inconvenience. We have created a link that will be prominently displayed on our website and within digital banking with up-to-the-minute branch availability. Feel free to check there before you head out to a branch.
We are also available to help you with deposits, withdrawals and much more through contactless methods including:
Branch Drive-ups
7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday-Friday
8 a.m. to Noon, Saturday
Contact Center
800.627.3328
7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday-Friday

Digital Banking

On behalf of everyone at Purdue Federal, I want to thank you for your patience during this very challenging time. Your credit union will continue to provide you with a positive experience while keeping both our team and members healthy.
Sincerely,

Bob Falk
President and CEO
