Help! My screen displays one of the following errors:
Internet Explorer: "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
Why am I getting this?
We’ve recently made some updates to enhance security on our website. Most browsers are able to support the updates without any action on your behalf; however, some browsers may need to be reconfigured for the updates to take effect.
How do I fix it?
- In Internet Explorer, click Internet Options on the Tools menu. Or, press Alt+O and then click Internet Options.
- Click the Advanced tab and scroll all the way to the bottom of the list.
- Un-check SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 and check all TLS options.
- Click Apply and then OK.
- Reload the webpage.
