When each and every car dealer in the town refused to approve credit for us to buy a new car, we went to Purdue Memorial Union Branch and met Megan there. Megan is an outstanding personality and she can assess your need as well as your profile very well. We will always be grateful to Megan and Purdue Federal Credit Union, because of them we now have a amazing new car!  

Excellent customer service and FAST! We decided on a vehicle on a Wednesday and the check was delivered on Saturday! Love that I was able to do all the paperwork by email since I now live in Florida. Stacie was a great help!

I cannot praise Purdue Fed enough for providing me the car loan I wanted. When all other banks failed to help me out, Purdue Fed saved the day. I did everything over the phone and the agent was really helpful and patient. I decided I am never going to close my accounts here even when I am done with Purdue.

I got my loan approval within an hour and they transferred the money for transaction within a very less time. The staff was very helpful.

I was approved for a low rate and received no penalties for paying it off early.

I called about refinancing my car loan to reduce the payment and was very disappointed with the help i was offered on the phone. The person I spoke to did her best to dissuade me from trying to do this, she convinced me that I did not want to refinance with PEFCU.

Obtaining my Auto Loan with PFCU was very easy.  I met with a representative and had the paperwork complete in minutes.  I picked the day of the month I wanted my payment to be withdrawn and now I don't have to worry about it!  If I want to make an extra payment, I just jump online and transfer money over.  Very easy.  Thank you PFCU!

I forgot my password and trying to retrieve it has been one of my worst nightmares.  I can appreciate the security but this is ridiculous. I have forgotten my password with one of the largest banks in the country before and it has not been as frustrating as it has been with Purdue Federal Credit Union.

Received a flyer in the mail about refinancing my 2015 SUV bought new at a lower APR than offered at dealership 3 months after purchase. Within two weeks and only a hand full of e mails and 2 phone calls, I was able to complete the process. I currently work 100 miles plus from the closest PFCU branch!!! My Auto Loan with PEFCU was the easiest loan process I have ever been through.  I applied online, and received a preapproval.  Then, when I found the car I wanted, I simply took the bill of sale to Purdue West.  I was on my way back to the dealership, check in hand, within thirty minutes!  My rate and terms are amazing, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received.

Super easy and fast, they worked with me over the phone as I bought my car 1000 miles away from Indiana. Also they offered the absolute best rate of 2.92% on a one year old vehicle.

This place needs to get out of business banking. They make business exponentially more difficult. You cannot deposit cash or checks into a business account via the ATM They want to see my ID to deposit cash into my account inside the bank No Zelle Mobile deposit software is poor Stick to houses and cars! Get out of biz banking

It was easy to get a pre-approved Auto Loan, with excellent rate for purchasing my first car. When I actually made the purchase, it was even easier to process and this is the reason I was able to get a good car since the owner was a bit skeptical about getting paid immediately through a bank.

this is the very best customer service i have received in a long time. they have taken good care of me and i appreciate that.
