The program sends member experience and customer satisfaction survey text messages related to a member’s recent interactions with Purdue Federal, such as a branch visit, call center contact, digital banking support interaction, or loan or account service event.

The program may also facilitate follow-up requested by a member through a survey response. If a member affirmatively requests follow-up, Purdue Federal may contact the member to respond to the request, address concerns identified through the survey, or provide assistance requested by the member.

This program does not send standalone advertising, telemarketing, mass marketing, or promotional SMS messages.
