Amazing customer service I have ever experienced by any bank. Especially by Mr. Erin Hicks. Very prompt replies to my questions. PEFCU has been very helpful especially in last 8 months when I am out of Lafayette and have no access to the bank in nearby area. Kudos and great going!

My wife and I plus our 2 daughters just moved in town and your new branch is literally around the corner. Talk about a neighborhood bank with all the perks of a big bank. Your staff made us feel special the moment we stepped through the front door. Great service. We look forward to being PFCU customers for a loooooooooong time!!

I've been with [Purdue Federal] off and on for many years and keep on coming back. The fact that they have so many Shared Branches makes it easy to travel the US and for my son to keep his account here after graduating from Purdue in 2012. I originally became a member for the first time back in 1979.

I have been banking with PFCU for about 5 years now, and have been generally happy with the service. Recently, there have been fees added about which I do not feel like members were properly notified. As an example, the wire fee literally doubled from one month to the other. It's making me seriously reconsider my choices, as there is very little feeling of confidence and transparency when situations like this occur. What other fees will double in the upcoming months?

I took in about $6 in change to add to my account. The teller directed me toward a change machine to count the change instead of counting it herself. The machine charged me a fee for having used it. So let me get this straight. I come to a professional bank to deposit American money into my account and I have to pay a fee so that you don’t have to do your job or to make your job easier? It was $6. You can’t count $6? Why I’m charged a fee for you to do less is shocking and amazing.
