We know you are as eager as us for our seamless digital banking to launch. Our new platform will create a unified digital banking platform that provides all the capabilities of our browser-based online banking into the mobile app for your device. We realize it is taking longer than expected, but we are diligently working with our vendors to ensure you have the best possible user experience once it launches.
Also, we understand that some members may be experiencing issues with our current mobile check deposit function or are unable to download the app from the Google Play store. Until our new digital banking launches, we have created a temporary check deposit solution. If you have a check to deposit and you don’t live near a Purdue Federal branch, you may do the following:
- Deposit your check at a credit union network shared branch or deposit-taking ATM. You can easily find shared branches and ATMs at PURDUEFED.COM/LOCATIONS. You may also mail your check to us at Purdue Federal Credit Union, PO Box 1950, West Lafayette, IN 47996-1950.
- If there is not a shared branch or deposit-taking ATM near you, please call our Contact Center at 800.627.3328 to have them assist you in making your deposit remotely.
